In view of the directions that I intend to pass, Ms. Dwivedi says that she will advance arguments in the matter based on the record, as, presently, available.

The substantive prayer made in the writ petition is as follows:- " issue an appropriate writ[s]/direction[s] or order[s] or direction to the WRC to decide the application of the petitioner institution for issuance of letter of intent within a period of 10 days by giving the petitioner a reasonable time as cut off date for grant of recognition for academic session 2020-21 is 03.03.2020;"

In view of the prayer made in the writ petition, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Western Regional Committee (in short "WRC") to deliberate upon the application of the petitioner for issuance of Letter of Intent (in short "LOI") at least 3 days before the cut off date i.e. 03.03.2020 concerning the Academic session 2020-21.
