% 21.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 191/2006, under Sections 279/304-A/337 IPC, registered at police station Darya Ganj, New Delhi is sought on the basis of Memorandum of Understanding of 19th February, 2019. It is stated by petitioner's counsel that FIR of this case is at its fag end and evidence of Investigating Officer only is to be recorded and the next date of hearing before the trial court is 27th February, 2019. In the instant case, a valuable life has been lost due to rash and negligent driving of motor vehicle. Quashing of FIR in question at the fag end of trial in a case like the instant one is uncalled for.
