This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ quashing the impugned withdrawal order File No. NCTE/2025/ NRC/ PAR/ ORDER/NRCAPP-5051 dated 29.05.2025 issued by the respondent No.2/NRC, NCTE in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of the present case; and (b) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No. 2 to restore the Recognition order dated 03.03.2015 granted to the Petitioner/ The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Institution with all consequential benefits for conducting the D.Ed. course in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of the present case; and (c) direct the Respondent No.2 to consequently update its website by displaying the recognised status of the Petitioner Institution; and/or..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 2.

Mr. Nanda, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and fairly states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26.

All respondents shall ensure that petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-26. 5.
