% 19.02.2016 The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that representation dated 8th October, 2015 of the petitioner has yet not been decided by the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

It is prayed that and they be directed to dispose of the same within a stipulated time period. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to dispose of the aforementioned representation of the petitioner within two months by a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
