O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 50/2020 This is a joint petition filed by the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months effective from today, as the period has expired yesterday.

Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from today.

Petition stands disposed of.
