% 28.02.2019 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Sanjay Dhama of police station Mohan Garden.

It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2 vide Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement dated 08.02.2019, therefore, present FIR No.

901/2018 under Sections 451/323/341/34 IPC registered at police station Uttam Nagar may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 submits that respondent nos. 3 and 4 are his mother and wife respectively. He further submits that he has settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or

coercion vide aforesaid MOU. Respondent nos. 3 and 4 also submit that they have also accepted the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2. They further state that they have no grievance left against the petitioners in view of the settlement arrived by them with respondent no.2.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily and that respondent nos. 2 to 4 have no objection in quashing of the FIR, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
