This petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the prayer that the notices under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the petitioner No.2 received on 29.03.2023 issued by respondent No.5 in respect of FIR No.201/2022 dated 18.07.2022 be dropped.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted a Status Report dated 17.08.2024 and submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, Mr. S.N.Murthy, Nodal Officer, Meesho App (Fashnear Technologies Pvt Ltd) has joined the investigation on various occasions. During the course of investigation, Mr. Murthy has provided relevant documents/facts/videos etc. Investigations are The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. complete in respect of Meesho and some investigation from logistics is pending which shall be completed soon. It is further submitted that the main chargesheet against the accused persons has already been filed in the Court with the next date of hearing as 01.10.2024 while the supplementary chargesheet shall be filed after completion of remaining investigation from Logistics.

In view of the Status Report, service of notice under Section 41A already stands completed.

Nothing further survives in the present petition which is hereby disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
