O R D E R

% 21.02.2019 Respondent no.2-Smt. Rakhi Sangwan is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Anjani Kumar Siingh of police station Vasant Kunj South. She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

She further submits that in view of the settlement she is not interested in pursuing the FIR No. 175/2014 under Sections 435/34 IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj South and the consequent proceedings and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be

served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
