O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 54/2020 This is a second petition filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to render the award by a period of three months. I have been informed that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the proceedings for award.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for the same.

Accordingly, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to render the award is extended by a period of three months effective from February 9, 2020. The petition stands disposed of.
