The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application to be transferred to an Open Jail from a Semi Open Jail. 3.

Mr Lao, learned ASC submits that the petitioner's application shall be considered in the next meeting of the concerned committee, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
