% 12.02.2020 The grievance of the petitioner is limited. The petitioner has filed a second appeal to the CIC on 17.5.2019. The matter has not come up for hearing. Hence, it is prayed that appropriate directions be issued to CIC to expeditiously dispose of the appeal.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application for early hearing before CIC. In case such an application is filed, CIC is requested to deal with the application for early hearing expeditiously preferably within three months.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
