% 31.03.2017 C.M. No.12544/2017 (u/s 151 CPC, by parties) and W.P. (C) No.607/2009 This is a joint application filed by the parties, with a prayer that the compromise arrived at between them be taken on record. The affidavits of Ms.Alka Matta, Secretary of the petitioner herein and the respondent have been filed along with the application. Both parties submit that they have entered into an amicable settlement with a view to settle the matter. They identified their signatures on the affidavits as well as on the Compromise Agreement. It has been agreed as per the terms of the settlement that the petitioner would pay the respondent a total sum of Rs.11,20,000/-; less taxes amounting to Rs.9,59,320/-. A cheque of the aforesaid amount has been handed over in Court to the respondent who has accepted the same as full and final settlement of all

her claims in dues and in terms of the Compromise Agreement which is marked as Exh.P-1. Parties submit that in view of the settlement, nothing further survives in the present writ petition and the same may be disposed of in terms of the settlement. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as being settled. Application also stands disposed of.
