The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued for investigation of the complaint made against respondent no.4, by an independent investigation agency. 2.
The petitioner states that he has filed several complaints but an FIR had not been registered. He further alleges that the police officials of PS Seemapuri are complicit with the accused.

Ms Vohra, learned ASC appearing for the State submits that an e-FIR was filed with regard to certain documents that were allegedly stolen from the petitioner. Investigations were conducted and CCTV footage was also examined. It was found that the said allegation was without any substance. She states that insofar as other allegations, regarding presence of respondent no.4 and other persons entering into the house of the petitioner and
threatening him, is concerned, the FIR had not been registered as yet. 4.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that apart from the petitioner, several other persons have filed complaints against respondent no.4 but no action had been taken in respect of those complaints as well.

The respondent shall duly enquire into the complaints made by the petitioner and register an FIR if warranted.
In the event, the respondent authorities do not register the FIR, the petitioner is at liberty to avail of alternative remedies.

At this stage, no directions for the investigation to be transferred to another agency is warranted, as the FIR with respect to the complaints made by the petitioner had not been registered as yet. 7.
