% 28.02.2019 Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal), appearing on behalf of the Delhi Police, invites our attention to the status report dated the 27th February, 2019 authored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, East District, Delhi to urge that Vicky, the 26 year old married son of the petitioner, has left his parental home of his own accord in view of his unhappiness with his wife.

In view of the status report filed on behalf of the Delhi Police, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, who is present in court, seeks leave to withdraw this habeas corpus petition.
