It is informed by learned counsel for petitioner/tenant that the matter was mentioned before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice, so the present application has been listed today. Learned counsel for respondent submits that he has no objection to this early hearing application being allowed. As such the application is allowed and hearing dated 30.07.2024 is preponed to this day.

This application has been filed by the petitioner/tenant, seeking a period of two months from 21.03.2024 to vacate the subject premises. The application is supported by affidavit of petitioner. Petitioner is present in person and undertakes to vacate the subject premises on or before 21.05.2024 and seeks protection till that date. respondent/landlord submits that he has no objection if the petition is allowed to be withdrawn granting protection to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, as requested by petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn directing that operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed till 21.05.2024. In case by 21.05.2024, the petitioner does not vacate the subject premises, the respondent/landlord shall be at liberty to get the impugned eviction order executed in accordance with law.
