..... Respondent Through:

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 11.02.2020 CM No.5209/2020 1.

Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

W.P.(C) 1499/2020 & CM No.5208/2020 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the credit report uploaded qua him by the Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited i.e. respondent No.3 wrongly indicated that he was a guarantor of the defaulting company i.e. Kwality Limited.

3.

Ms. Reema Khorana, who appears for respondent No.1 (i.e. Allahabad Bank), says that the report stands corrected inasmuch as the petitioner is no longer shown as a guarantor. 4.

Ms. Dheer, who appears for the petitioner, says that in view of the communication exchanged between the petitioner and CIBIL, this stand does not appear to be correct.

W.P.(C) 1499/2020 1/2

5.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of based on the statement made by counsel for respondent No.1. 6.

It is made clear that if the correction is not made, as indicated in by Ms. Khorana, the course correction will be carried out within the next 48 hours.

7.

The accompanying application shall stand closed. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J FEBRUARY 11, 2020/pmc W.P.(C) 1499/2020 2/2
