It is informed that both parties have amicably settled their disputes in Mediation Cell.

The Settlement Agreement dated 09.08.2024 has already been placed on record. Para 9 of the Settlement Agreement reads as under:- "9.
That the First party undertakes to hand over the key of the flat No. 1803,BPTP Spacio, Tower K, Sector 37-D, Gurgaon, Haryana to the Second Party along with some jewellery items of the mother and the father of the minor child, to the Second Party on 05.11.2024 when the child will be handed over to the Second Party. It is noted for record that the said flat belonged to the deceased parents of the minor child and presently the said flat is in the name of Smt. Minati Dhar and Abhiti Dhar jointly."

Learned counsels representing the parties state that the custody of the child could not be handed over on 05.11.2024 as per the Settlement Agreement and that parties have mutually agreed that the custody of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. minor child shall now be handed over to the respondent on 01.12.2024 along with the articles mentioned in Para 9 of the agreement. 4.
In view of the amicable settlement, the present petition is not being pressed by the petitioners.

The statement made in this regard by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to both the parties to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
