Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having considered the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator is extended till 31.12.2019. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
