% 15.07.2024 The present file placed before me on office note pursuant to the order dated 11-05-2024 the Hon'ble Court wherein the Hon'ble Court has inter-alia passed the following "4. As such, the respondent-insurance company Is directed to deposit the settled amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- before the learned Registrar General of this Court within a period of six weeks from today falling which the respondent- Insurance company shall be liable to pay Interest @ 9% per annum for the delayed period.

5. Learned counsel for the claimant shall file NOC In the form of affidavit of appellant No.2 to 4 to forego the share In favour of appellant No. l within two weeks from today after giving The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In that event the enhanced amount of Rs.6,00,000/- be released In favour of appellant Nos.l to 4 In equal proportions, subject to compliance of all the requisite facilities.

7. Learned Registrar General shall release the aforesaid amount to the appellant, subject to verification and completion of requisite formalities. 8. In view of the aforesaid, settlement terms be acceptable to the parties, the present appeal along with application (s). If any, stand disposed of." NOC In the form of affidavit of appellant No.2 to 4 to forego the share in favour of appellant No. l has been filed. However, the deponents are not present before the Court. Be put up for consideration on 07.08.2024.
