CRL.M.C. 736/2020 and CRL.M.A. 3015/2020 (stay) & CRL.M.C. 738/2020 and CRL.M.A. 3022/2020 (stay) 1.

The present petitions are directed against the order dated 09.08.2019 vide which NBWs were issued against the petitioner in CC No.652/2017. CRL.M.C. 736/2020 & CRL.M.C. 738/2020

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also aggrieved by the order dated 24.01.2020 vide which his application seeking cancellation of NBWs was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to the aforesaid dates, the parties were appearing before the Lok Adalat and, on instructions, submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the concerned court on 17.08.2020.

Subject to his appearance before the concerned court on 17.08.2020, the operation of the orders dated 09.08.2019 and 24.01.2020 are stayed. 5.

With the above directions the petitions are disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
