Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The Applicant shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 10226/2025 (for modification of order dated 15.07.2024) 4.

The Applicant was granted bail through order dated 15th July, 2024. Through this application, he seeks modification of this order to the extent of converting weekly visit into monthly visit in the police station on the 1st day of every month.

Accordingly, for the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Paragraph No. 14(d) of the aforesaid order shall now read The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. as under:

"d) The Petitioner shall report to the concerned Police Station on the 1st day of every month at 10:30 AM and should not be kept waiting for more than one hour."
