O R D E R

This is a civil suit seeking partition and rendition of accounts in respect of various assets mentioned in the claim.

During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a Settlement Agreement dated 02.07.2025, wherein the properties of Late Mr. Behari Lal Kashyap have been divided between all his legal heirs, including the plaintiff and the defendants.

I am satisfied that the Settlement Agreement is in accordance with law and is legal.

The suit is decreed on the basis of the Settlement Agreement and the parties shall be bound by the terms thereof.

Additionally, the parties shall be entitled to use and enjoy the properties in accordance with their respective portions. 6.

With the consent of learned counsels of the parties, it is directed that each of the parties shall give indemnity bonds in the Court, indemnifying The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the other parties on account of any loss caused due to any misstatements made in the Settlement Agreement.

Mr. Mahajan, leaned counsel for the defendants, on instructions, states that there is a portion of land which falls into both Khasra No. 18/3 and 18/4 of Matiala Land and the same is falling in the share of the plaintiff. 8.

The same shall be handed over to the plaintiff and shall be a part of the settlement between the parties as the share of the plaintiff. 9.

Hence, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement and binding the parties to the statements made in the Court.

10. The present civil suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

11. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
