CM APPL No.7217/2020 The appeal was disposed of vide order dated 07.12.2012. A review application for the said order has been filed which is now listed on 28.04.2020. CM APPL.No.7217/2020 is filed for stay of the execution proceedings, as it is stated since there is no stay in the review application, the appellant has filed an execution application and is fixed for appointment of bailiff. The notice of the review application has been duly received by the appellant herein. In the circumstances, issue notice of this application to the appellant through all modes returnable on 18.03.2020 and in the meanwhile the execution shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
