The petitioners had filed the present petition inter-alia claiming that the Gift Deed submitted for registration with the respondents on 06.09.2019 had not been returned to the petitioners upon registration. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said Gift Deed has been registered vide Registration No.9366, Additional Book No.-I, Vol. No.7814, on pages 65 to 74 dated 11.09.2019 and has been delivered to the concerned party on 17.02.2020.
