% 19.12.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.122/2018 registered at Police Station Chitranjan Park, Delhi for the offences punishable under sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that till date, IO/SHO of the concerned police station has not even sought permission from the DCP to arrest the petitioner. Thus, there is no apprehension that the petitioner would be arrested.

In view of above, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner in case any cause of action arise, he may file the petition before the appropriate forum. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J DECEMBER 19, 2019/ab
