% 22.02.2019 The petitioner is facing trial in the court of the Special Judge under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2002 in case FIR no.355/2017 of police station Sarai Rohilla involving offences punishable under Sections 376(2)/506 IPC. The status report has been filed by the State. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to the notice of the court the testimony of the prosecutrix, a girl child aged 8 years, affirming in the court the allegations of penetrative sexual assault by the petitioner, her own father, this being prima facie corroborated by the observations of the examining medical officer. In these circumstances and at this stage of the process, no case for release on bail is made out.

The bail application and the application filed therewith are dismissed.
