The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 Civil Procedure Code, 1908 ("CPC") has been filed impugning the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by the learned District Judge(Commercial Court-12), Central district, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in CS(COMM) 1477/2023 titled as "Shilpa Khanna vs. Sumit Chopra", whereby the right to file written statement on behalf of petitioner was closed. The petitioner herein is the defendant before the learned Trial Court. 4.
