The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the Divorce Petition (HMA No.1460/2018 captioned 'Vinay Kumar v. Rekha @ Babli'), which is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, be transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts. 2.

The petitioner states that she is required to take care of a mentally and physically challenged child, which is totally dependent upon her. The petitioner contends that she finds it very difficult to attend to the case instituted by the respondent at Rohini, since the courts are at a considerable distance from her residence. In this context, she requests that the petition filed by the respondent be transferred to the court near hear residence. 3.

Given the mitigating circumstances of this case, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, it is directed that petition bearing no. 1460/2018 captioned 'Vinay Kumar v. Rekha @ Babli'

be transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini, to the Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 13.08.2019.
