The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1960 has been filed impugning the order dated 19.02.2024 passed by the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ("SCDRC"), Delhi, in Execution Application bearing no. EA/32/2022 titled as "Tuhina Bhargava & Ors. vs. ARN Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd.", whereby the learned SCDRC issued arrest warrants against the Directors of the petitioner company. The petitioner no. 1 herein is the respondent before the learned SCDRC.
