The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate Contempt proceedings and punish the Contemnors, for the contempt of the order dated 27.12.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi in case bearing No. S.A. 174/2021 titled as Sarabjit Kaur Vs Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited; b. Direct the contemnors to purge the contempt by forthwith complying with the directions passed, vide order dated 27.12.2021 by the Hon'ble DRT-I, Delhi in case bearing No. S.A. 174/2021 titled as Sarabjit Kaur Vs Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited;

c. Pass such further and other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

In view of the settlement between the parties, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
