Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 14.08.2023 rejecting the application of the Petitioner for refund of stamp duty paid by the Petitioner for purchase of stamp papers bearing No. IN DL26947040985408S dated 26.02.2020 for an amount of Rs. 2,52,000/- and IN DL28947649871041S dated 26.02.2020for an amount of Rs. 2,40,000/-.
