The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "i) TRANSFER THE PROCEEDINGS IN CS(COMM )354/2025 PENDING BEFORE LD. DISTRICT JUDGE, COMMERCIAL JUDGE -03 SOUTH EAST, SAKET COURTS TO ANY OTHER JUDGE IN SOUTH EAST DISTRICT.

ii) Pass such and further order(s)/ direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous since the subject petition has been transferred by way of an administrative order and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
