Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos.2 and 3, namely, Mr. Mahesh Kumar and Ms. Sunita are present in Court along with their counsel and accept notice. They have been identified by SI Indrapal Singh of police station Madhu Vihar. Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi dated 8th January, 2019.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 say that they have no objection in case FIR No.

1188/2014 under Sections

186/353/332/341/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 to this effect are also on record. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
