The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Mr. Jag Mohan Kapoor under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking directions to the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to peacefully vend from the vending site i.e., Open Space, Local Shopping Complex, D Block, East of Kailash, South Zone, Ward S-86, New Delhi.

The case of the Petitioner is that he is a street vendor who has been vending from the vending site for several years. The Petitioner is stated to be holding a provisional Certificate of Vending (hereinafter,'CoV') bearing URI No. 9738454 for the category 'Food/Snack with gas cylinder/Fire' in South The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that he is not being allowed to peacefully vend from the vending site by the concerned officials of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter, 'MCD') and Delhi Police. 5.

Be that as it may, ld. Counsel for the MCD submits that no threats have been issued and no harassment is being caused to the Petitioner. 8.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed. The Petitioner shall strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of the provisional CoV.

Petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
