A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0290 of 2017 dated 09.08.2017 under Section 323/506/34 IPC P.S. Badarpur and the Charges framed under Section 323/341/34 IPC vide Order dated 16.11.2018.

The stay granted by this Court stands vacated and the Trial Court may proceed expeditiously with the matter.
