O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 58/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer to extend the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award. I have been informed that the proceedings are reserved for award. It is also informed that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator had expired on February 1, 2020. The learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent. If that be so, the time for the learned Arbitrator to render the award is extended by a period of four months as prayed for by the counsel for the parties effective from February 1, 2020.

Petition stands disposed of.
