The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. However, in view of the circumstance that serious allegations have been levelled against the Investigating Officer, it is considered

appropriate to direct the Delhi Police to transfer the case to the Crime Branch, DIU East, to be supervised by the DCP of the concerned unit. Dasti.
