Quashing of an order dated 13.12.2019 has been sought herein whereby the learned Special Court (PC Act) CBI-18, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi accorded concession of bail to the respondent who at the relevant time was an undertrial in criminal proceedings arising out of an FIR No. RC BD1/2019/E/0006 dated 17.08.2019.

It transpires that the respondent was subsequently discharged by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 24.07.2025. Thus, his bail bonds and surety stood discharged.

infructuous.

Needless to say that in case the petitioner succeeds in the proposed challenge to the discharge order, the proceedings before the Trial Court shall revive from the same stage where they were a day prior to the passing of the discharge order.

In that event, the petitioner shall likewise be at liberty to revive the proceedings through this Court.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
