O R D E R

% 18.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking parole for eight weeks to take care of his father, who has to undergo sixth cystoscopy in March 2020 and has also to undergo various tests.

Learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) for State submits that factum of medical treatment of petitioner‟s father stands verified. Heard. In view of the above facts, the petitioner be released on parole for a period of six weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing cash surety of Rs.10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be

kept in working conditions at all times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent;

ii) The petitioner shall report at the local police station to mark his attendance on every alternate day at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole;

iii) The petitioner shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The petition stands disposed of.
