The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In these facts and circumstances of this case, it is most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that it may be graciously pleased to: (a). Quash the Case Bearing No. Ct 53112023 Titled As Anupam Dixit Vs. Maj Jasmine Kaushik Filed Under Section 12 Of The Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 Pending In The Court Of Mahila Court-02, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in the interest of justice. (b). Pass such other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be passed in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
