It is submitted that pursuant to Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), the petitioner stood as the lowest bidder. Without any reason, the same has been scrapped and vide order dated 12.03.2026, the equipments are being purchased from third party. Work order dated 12.03.2026 is not the subject matter of the instant writ petition.

The petitioner, therefore, prays for liberty to file a properly constituted writ petition, including to challenge the order dated 12.03.2026. 3.

With that liberty, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
