By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.184/2015 registered under Sections 325/506/34 of IPC at P.S. Amar Colony qua them. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present FIR pertains to the year 2015 whereafter charge-sheet was filed in April, 2015 and charges were framed in March, 2016. It is further stated that the bailable warrants have been issued against the complainant due to his absence. It is further submitted that eight long years have passed however, the complainant has not appeared even once and the trial has not proceeded further.
