% 03.10.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that RFA(OS)No.159/2014 filed against the judgment dated 25.9.2014 passed in CS(OS) 2370/2013 is pending and the operation of the impugned judgment has also been stayed. In view of above, counsel for the decree holders submits that he does not wish to press the present execution petition and E.A.(OS) 45/2015 at this stage to enable him to file fresh execution petition after disposal of the aforestated RFA.

Accordingly, execution petition and E.A.(OS) 45/2015 stand dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
