2. In that view of the matter, this matter is, accordingly, transferred to the court of the District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (Central), Delhi.

3. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (Central) Delhi on 6th March, 2017.

4. The Registry is directed to inform learned counsel for both the parties about this order.
