% 12.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no.2, SHO, Police Station, Sonia Vihar, to remove the locks placed on the channel gate of the shop situated on ground floor of the property bearing no.B-764, Gali No.9, 2nd Pushta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi110094. As the Writ Petition will involve issues of rights of the petitioner visa-vis those of respondent nos.3 and 4, in my view, the remedy of the petitioner is not in form of present Writ Petition.
