The present Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking setting aside of the Order dated 24.01.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the Trial is already over and the matter is at the stage of recording of the Statement of the accused.

Since the prosecution evidence has already been completed, the defences which are being agitated in the present case be taken up in the statement of accused/final arguments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed an Application before the learned Trial Court to seek the right of cross examination of the complainant. Needless to say, the Application shall be considered by the Court in accordance with law. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with the liberty to raise the objections during the Trial.
