By way of present petition, the petitioner, who has been arrayed as respondent in the petition seeking maintenance filed by the respondents herein, seeks to assail the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the learned Family Court-01, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in MT No.598/2021 titled 'Uma Gupta & Anr. v. Ankit Aggarwal', vide which he was directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 20,000/-. 2.

During the course of proceedings, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner has already approached the Trial Court seeking modification of the impugned order by way of an application filed under Section 146 BNSS. He submits that notice in the said application has been issued and the reply has been filed and now the matter is listed before the concerned Court on 12.12.2024.
