None appears for the Petitioner today. There was no presence on the last date of hearing as well.

2.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent had informed the Court on the last date of hearing that possession of the subject premises has already been restored to the Respondent/landlord on 19.12.2018. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent informs the Court today that the Petitioner was informed of the hearing, both by email as well as through Whatsapp. He has handed across a copy of the extract of the Whatsapp chat as well as email sent to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

5.

Quite clearly, since the possession of the subject premises has been restored and the Petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter. 6.
