Material on record indicates that earlier the Parties were referred to mediation, however, the mediation between the Parties failed. 3.

Today, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present Suit.

Plaintiff No.2 and the Mother of Plaintiff Nos.1 & 2 are present in Court, while the Plaintiff No.1 has joined the proceedings through video conferencing.
