The prayer made in the instant petition is for directions to the respondents to decide the pending application for medical Visa in favour of the petitioner's husband within a time-bound manner. 2.

Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh Rudy, on instructions, submits that the respondents will make all possible endeavours to decide the petitioner's application within a maximum period of two months. She, however, submits that the exercise will require the security clearance etc. 3.

Let all the departments cooperate with the concerned authority in the early disposal of the petitioner's application. Let the same be decided without any further delay.
